I am excited and honored to serve the students, staff, and families at Crain Elementary in the role of assistant principal.   In 2017 when my family moved to Victoria, Crain was my first campus, and I am ecstatic to be back “home.” 

I have been an educator for 17 years, with most of that experience in Houston and the last 5 years in Victoria.  As an administrator, I strive to be a transformational leader who incorporates knowledge, experience, and coaching as the best method to grow faculty. 

As a proud Texas Aggie, class of 2001, I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Education (Texas A&M University-College Station) and a Master of Education in Administration from Lamar University.   

I have been married to Nathan Klemcke for 20 years and we have 3 children.  Alana will be a freshman in high school and plays Volleyball, William will be in 7th grader and plays soccer, and Jonah will be a 5th grader and is involved in art.  We also have a dog named Finn, a cat named Thumbs, and too many fish to name.
