Manhattan Art Program (MAP) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) dedicated to providing innovative, groundbreaking art educational programs to public schools and community-based organizations.
For 15 years, MAP has implemented radically interactive art programs for nearly 10,000 students in New York, Texas and Louisiana. MAP utilizes “Out of School Time” — after-school, summer, school vacations, and weekends, when students are most in need of creative guidance. By specializing in innovative site-specific programs, MAP provides a socially aware, environmentally sensitive, community based education. We tailor curriculum to the concrete needs of the communities served.
We are happy to have Manhattan Art Project here at Crain Elementary fostering creativity in our fourth grade students!
